Tracheostomy Tube Holders by Dale provide fast and easy application to secure endotracheal tubes. The Dale Tracheal Tube Holders or Trach Collars help prevent accidental extubation by providing a secure method of stabilization. Dale® Tracheostomy Tube Holders are designed to provide secure positioning. By fixing the positioning of the trach tube, The Dale Tracheostomy Tube Holder minimizes movement of the Tracheostomy Tube to prevent accidental dislodgement or displacement of the tube, tracheoesophageal fistula, tracheal stenosis, or airway granuloma. No other securement method stabilizes tracheostomy tubes better than the Dale 240 Blue®. Pediatric version of the Dale Tracheal Tube holders include the PediStars. Now you can eliminate the frustrations associated with twill ties and other holders while minimizing secondary complications at the same time.

The adhesive base of this Trach Tube Holder is applied to the patient and includes a strip of Velcro® material that attaches to the neckband to prevent slippage. The adhesive is skin friendly and can be left in place for up to 3 days. The Tubing Channel is made of lightweight, flexible material to securely hold the endotracheal tube in place with strong adhesive tape (such as cloth). The cushioned neckband is soft and comfortable on the face and neck, and uses Velcro® closures to adjust for a snug fit. The adhesive base of the Tracheostomy Collar can be adapted for patients with facial hair by cutting off the rounded ends and applying to the patients' cheeks. Dale Tracheal Tube Holders are for single patient use and are disposable.
